They were so happy to see how much we love Joy, and we were so happy to see how much they love her, too. We learned that she lived with them from age 2 to 6 1/2, when she had to return to the orphanage. We “found” her just a few weeks later.
Welcome Family and Friends! We hope you will enjoy following our adoption journey, and we would appreciate your prayers as you read along. Feel free to rejoice and to weep with us. May your hearts be broken for the orphans of our world, and may you witness hope in how great our God is to take us across the world so that our little girl will know Him. ReplyDeleteI love the photo of her running to "China Mama" and her leaning it to scoop Joy up into her arms. Doesn't this just seem to show the love that was expressed!
